I need a new sign-in link
Go to Sign in, enter the address we invited, and ask for a link. It works once and expires in 15 minutes. Invite links last 14 days: ask for a new one the same way.
The email did not arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder, and look for a message from 7 Days to Air.
- Check you used the address we invited. Links go only to that address.
- Still nothing? Email support@harfredlabs.com and we will send you a link ourselves.
I would rather talk to someone
Email support@harfredlabs.com and say when suits you. Or choose “Prefer to talk?” in the portal.
I want my data deleted
Until an offer is accepted you can delete your request yourself from the Status page. To have everything removed, email support@harfredlabs.com. See Privacy for what we hold.
